Blog Update

Since beginning this blog, we have been discussing diet and weight loss in general terms from what is routinely accepted by the medical community as healthy dieting and weight loss. It is our position that there are many of you who are looking for a traditional diet / weight loss method as well as those who are interested in what ever works best (I prefer low carb). For that reason, we will continue with more general information, for the next several posts, to update you on the more traditional (medically accepted) diet facts. It is our intention to cover specific “fad” diet / weight-loss regimens in complete detail in the coming weeks.
